Common Conditions

Our clinic does not treat any specific problems and symptoms. However, through our experience, we have seen our patients receiving tremendous results and relief from long standing problems after getting under chiropractic care.

The list of problems is never ending but the following conditions (applicable to young and old) are commonly seen in our office:

  • Neck pain
  • Shoulder pain/Frozen shoulder
  • Wrist pains/Carpal tunnel
  • Pain between shoulders
  • Low back pain
  • Headache/Migraine
  • Bulging/”Slipped” discs
  • Spondylosis
  • Numbness in hands/fingers/legs
  • Torticollis
  • Pregnancy related back pains/numbness in legs/wrists

When one’s spine is well aligned, the brain is able to communicate with the rest of the body more efficiently. Through the safe, gentle and very specific chiropractic adjustments, nerve interference between one’s brain and their body is removed and this allows the body to do the healing.

We have seen patients who had difficulties conceiving become successful after undergoing chiropractic care. Dr.* Kelvin Ng’s wife is a success story and will be happy to share her experience. Check out Dr.* Ng’s Blog for more details.

Remember, your body functions better with a healthy nervous system.

We are seeing an increasing trend of patients who have not been experiencing any discomforts coming in to get their spines checked. This group of individuals are getting the idea that no pain does not mean no problems with the spine. Prevention is better than cure, isn’t it?

We also see high volume of pregnant women who wish to prepare themselves for an easier birth, and that includes ladies with breech babies. Dr.* Kelvin Ng & Dr.* Ashley Liew are both certified in the Webster Technique and trained in pediatric chiropractic care. The Webster Technique is defined as a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that reduces interference to the nerve system and facilitates biomechanical balance in pelvic structures, muscles and ligaments. This has been shown to reduce the effects of intrauterine constraint in pregnant women, allowing the baby to get into the best possible position for birth.

Our chiropractors are trained to provide chiropractic care to infants and children. Our clinic sees children as young as 4 days old to teenagers. Our clinic has a very conducive “Kids corner” to keep our young patients or waiting young family members entertained with plenty of toys and cartoons.

We also have sports enthusiasts in our clientele who desire to improve their performance through chiropractic care.

* Our chiropractors graduated with a post-graduate and professional degree, which is not a medical or dental qualification
