May is International Posture Month

It’s the month of May soon. May is also known as International Posture Month.

Posture might be one of the most overlooked workplace health issues today.

Many professionals spend 8–10 hours a day sitting at desks or looking at screens.

Over time this quietly leads to:
❌neck pain
❌shoulder tension
❌back discomfort
❌fatigue

In my clinic, I increasingly see cases where the issue isn’t injury, it’s simply posture and prolonged sitting.

That said, as with every May, I’ll be offering corporate talk & workshops on posture, ergonomics and spine health at work in conjunction with the International Posture Month.

And booking has already opened.

Why my session will be different:
Many of you know that I am a chiropractor. But do you know that I’m also a:
✅Certified Ergonomist
✅Certified Posture Exercise Professional
✅Certified Pediatric Posture Specialist

During my session, employees will learn:
✴️simple workstation adjustments
✴️how posture affects the spine
✴️a 5-minute daily posture reset routine

There will be depth in contents and knowledge can be incorporated immediately after the session.

If your organisation runs staff wellness programmes, feel free to reach out. Or to share this with your HR or wellness team.

Let’s help more people work without pain.
