Fees
We charge per visit, with no packages and no lock-in. An initial visit, including a full assessment and first adjustment where appropriate, is $120–$180. Follow-up visits are $80–$150. Reduced rates apply for children under 12 and seniors over 65, and family members of existing patients receive a discount. See our chiropractic fees guide for details.
Conditions We See
Our chiropractors commonly see patients with neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, headaches, scoliosis, and posture concerns. We also offer pregnancy chiropractic care and paediatric chiropractic for children of all ages.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit includes a detailed health history and consultation, a thorough spinal and postural examination, an explanation of our findings, and a discussion of your personalised care plan. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. Please wear comfortable clothing. The first visit typically takes 45–60 minutes.
Before Your Visit
- Bring any recent X-ray, MRI or medical reports related to your concern.
- Let us know about any medical conditions, medications or recent injuries.
- If you plan to claim from your insurer, check your policy first. We can provide itemised receipts and documentation on request.
- Parking is available at TripleOne Somerset if you are driving.

Note: We never use cracking or popping adjustments. Every adjustment is made with the Arthrostim, a gentle handheld instrument suitable for all ages.
Booking FAQ
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with us. We also welcome patients referred by GPs, specialists and physiotherapists.
Can I book for my child or while pregnant?
Yes. We see patients from newborns to seniors. Both our chiropractors are trained in paediatric care and certified in the Webster Technique for pregnancy. Mention your child’s age or how many weeks pregnant you are when you book.
Is chiropractic covered by Medisave or insurance?
Chiropractic is not Medisave-claimable. Some corporate and private health insurance plans cover chiropractic consultations, and we provide the paperwork you need to claim.
Will I have to buy a package?
No. We never sell packages. You pay per visit and decide after each visit whether to return.
