4 years ago, one of our patients told us that he was keen in a career in chiropractic. Then off he went to Sherman College of Chiropractic (USA) (Dr Kelvin’s alma mater). Fast forward 4 years, he is now a qualified Doctor of Chiropractic in Singapore.
Some may know him as the young man in the sports attire who ran back and forth our office when we were at Park Mall, or the national marathoner who showed sportsmanship at the 2015 Southeast Asia Games and deservingly won the “Pierre de Coubertin World Fair Play Trophy”, or the top marathon runner in Singapore in 2012 and 2015. He is none other than Dr Ashley Liew. Dr Ashley Liew started work at our office as an Associate Chiropractor on 12 November 2016. He graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic (Summa Cum Laude) and is licensed to practise in USA (South Carolina). He is a member of The Chiropractic Association (Singapore) and International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Other than being also trained to provide chiropractic care to pediatric patients, Dr Ashley is also certified in Webster (for pregnant patients) and Functional And Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR) (popular amongst athletes). As a very established and decorated sportsman, Dr Liew certainly knows what it takes for a sportsman to excel. As such, he is highly sought after by sports enthusiasts for chiropractic care.
