The Posture Exercise Program focuses on Posture and Balance Assessment, Rehabilitation, and Motor Control Exercise (also known as “Balance”, “Alignment” and “Motion” exercises). It is a comprehensive and innovative program designed to address the critical issues of posture and balance in clinical practice, rendered in conjunction with Chiropractic services provided at our office. It combines passive therapies with active strategies to empower individuals to improve their posture and overall body awareness. Through systematic protocols, this course guides patients towards building personal awareness and functional strength in posture, balance, alignment, and motion. The integration of patient-friendly concepts of postural biomechanics and the use of common-sense principles make this course highly accessible and engaging for all participants.

The program utilizes various low-tech tools such as balls, bands, and foam pads. This multifaceted approach enables patients to progress from acute care to rehabilitation and ultimately to wellness. The overarching goal is to enable people to move well, prevent micro- and macro-trauma injuries, enhance performance, and promote healthy choices for optimizing biomechanical wellness.

Functionally strengthening posture is at the heart of this program, emphasizing the importance of correcting sensorimotor errors between perceived posture and external reality. It empowers individuals to find their strongest, core-engaged posture and stand taller, ultimately fostering a wellness identity specialized in posture.
