Our Pricing Philosophy
No Packages. Ever.
Many chiropractic clinics in Singapore sell packages requiring you to pay upfront for multiple sessions. We don’t do this. We believe you should pay for what you receive, when you receive it. Every visit is billed individually. You are free to stop care at any time.
Transparent Fees from the Start
Before any treatment begins, your chiropractor will explain what they recommend and why. You’ll never receive a surprise bill. If additional sessions are recommended, we will tell you honestly — not pressure you.
Who We Treat and Pricing Considerations
Our fees reflect the type of visit, the complexity of the condition, and the time required. The following categories typically influence pricing:
First Visit (New Patient Consultation)
Your first visit includes a detailed health history consultation, a comprehensive spinal and postural assessment, a report of findings, and — where appropriate — your first treatment. This visit takes longer than a follow-up visit and is priced accordingly.
Follow-Up Visits
Subsequent visits are shorter and focused on treatment and reassessment. Follow-up fees are lower than initial consultation fees.
Family Member Discounts
We offer discounted rates for family members of existing patients. If you’re bringing a family member for the first time, let us know when booking.
Children (Under 12)
We offer reduced fees for children under 12 years of age. Paediatric chiropractic uses very gentle, low-force techniques and is safe from birth.
Senior Citizens (Above 65)
We offer reduced fees for senior patients above 65 years of age.
Insurance and Medisave
Does insurance cover chiropractic care in Singapore?
Some integrated shield plans and employer-provided medical benefits cover chiropractic care. Coverage varies significantly between insurers and plans. We recommend checking your policy details before your appointment. We provide itemised official receipts to support insurance claims.
Is chiropractic covered by Medisave?
Chiropractic care is currently not a Medisave-approved service in Singapore. You cannot use Medisave funds to pay for chiropractic treatment at our clinic.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, and PayNow. We do not accept NETS at this time.
What to Expect from Your Investment
Chiropractic care is an investment in your long-term health and quality of life. Here is what patients commonly experience:
- Acute conditions (recent injury or flare-up): Many patients notice improvement within 3–6 visits.
- Chronic conditions (long-standing pain): These may take longer to respond, typically 6–12 visits over several weeks, with gradual improvement.
- Maintenance and wellness care: Some patients continue with periodic visits (monthly or as needed) to maintain function and prevent recurrence. This is entirely optional.
Your chiropractor will give you an honest assessment at your first visit and set realistic expectations. We will never recommend more care than we genuinely believe you need.
