What to Expect at Your First Visit
Our chiropractors will discuss with you your medical history and concerns, and also review any imaging studies such as X-rays or MRIs that you may have.
Imaging Studies
Please note that such imaging studies are not compulsory in order to start receiving chiropractic care at our office. As we understand that X-rays are radioactive in nature, we will only recommend them if clinically necessary. As imaging studies are separate services rendered at a separate venue by an external vendor, there will be additional costs involved.
Dressing
We do not require any specific dress code but we do request that patients dress appropriately for their visits. Where possible, please avoid jeans and clothes with thick material, and low neck line dresses or blouse. We respect your decency. While we have gowns for patients who may require additional clothing during treatment, we do not require patients to change into them.
Report of findings
After gathering the necessary information and rendering the relevant first chiropractic adjustments, we will discuss our findings and discuss our plan of care tailored to each individual.
No selling of packages
Our clinic does not believe in selling packages, scare tactics, or pressure sales. Therefore, we will NOT recommend them to our patients. We personalize and recommend visit frequency based on each patient’s condition. We understand everyone’s priorities are different and are happy to work with yours.
Payment
We accept NETS, GrabPay, PayNow and cash.
Time
Please set aside about 1 hour for your first visit and up to half an hour for your follow up visit. We request our patients to be on time to be fair to us and other patients.
